One of the fastest rounds of the day, and one of very few showjumping clears gave Tom and Dreamer both of their best 5* finish to date - all the more remarkable given that this was only their second season together. Tom has since said that he could have been even closer to the time, but was more keen to bring “Dreamer” home clear than risk a mistake. With last year’s success still fresh, there is no doubt that Tom will be coming here to throw down a similar performance, with an even faster round on cross country day too. In the short time that they have been together, Tom and Dreamer have formed quite the partnership, finishing 5th in the 4*L at Blenheim  in their first season together and jumping double clear in all but one of their International starts together. Another top 10 finish is not out of the question for these two - and will certainly be at the top of Tom’s to do list.

One of the fastest rounds of the day. Dreamer had plenty of running left at the end of the course last year, and Tom has been honest about his regret that he did not try harder to make the time and possibly climb even further up the podium. Now, with added fitness work under their belt, there is every chance that they could shave several seconds off last year’s time - and possibly even sneak inside that elusive optimum time.
